Welcome to our beautiful holiday home set in the picturesque, conservation village of Comrie; in the heart of Strathearn, Perthshire. The perfect location for family and friends to enjoy a broad range of outdoor pursuits or to relax in stunning surroundings.

The cottage, which has been completely refurbished, provides a large open plan sitting, dining and kitchen area, with large windows to the front of the house and a triple glass door leading to the garden at the rear. There are three large bedrooms, comfortably sleeping a maximum of 6 people. A newly fitted bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs, offer the most modern of facilities.

The cottage also benefits from two additional relaxation spaces. In the downstairs ‘snug’ you can escape from the world and relax or watch TV. Upstairs, relax on the chaise longue and read a book or have a nap!!

We welcome up to two well behaved dogs, sometime more, please check with us.

To the rear of the cottage is a large, fully enclosed, private garden which acts as a great sun trap, and enjoys full sun throughout the day. Outdoor furniture and BBQ are available in the summer time to make the most of this space.

There is adequate parking on the drive for two or three cars, with more parking available on the lane outside the cottage.

The secure garage is available for storing outdoor equipment such as bikes, kayaks, walking, fishing and camping equipment, golf clubs etc.
